During the Harden era, could we have won a Championship? I must admit, I too was ready to give up on Silas during the 15 game losing streak but I'm starting to see his plan and the benefits of it. And the absolute one thing I love is that Silas plays EVERYBODY! Unlike MDA and McHale. I think they ran their starters into the ground during the season and when playoff time came, they had nothing left.
too bad harden gave up on silas after the first 2 games of the season. I agree silas has a great mind for the game of basketball
i wouldnt have entrusted him with 2 goats triple fastened to the three with a thick rope to guard them, let alone an NBA team...good luck Tilman but you have been fooled....
Rockets were going by Morey-ball.....but analytics say find * 3-pt shooters that can actually hit them. (shoot 55 3PA's, but have a team avg near 37%) *FT shooters that can actually make them (looking at you Dwight Howard) *3 & D players around 6'8" (not a bunch of 6'3" players) Morey was always trying to hit the home run by flipping overpaid guys like Ryan Anderson and Eric Gordon for a star. Gave them bigger contracts in hopes of flipping them. Silas is handcuffed between teaching, winning, tanking and building up players trade stock. You know, "Cluster F***" stuff.
I dont think we would have won a ring yet because we would still have that Hardheaded m******** on the team.
Rockets beat up pistons, pelicans, thunder and now clutchfans thinks silas is a championship level coach
This is place is so dumb with their whiplash opinions man. Silas is cool. Dantoni was great though. Its not coaching that didnt get us a championship, you all are delusional.
Did you think Frank Vogel was a Championship coach? The players determined the level of a coach in the NBA not the other way around. My point was with Silas's rotation of playing more players, would that have helped the Rockets win a Championship.
I don't know if whiplash opinions are dumb but the way you worded the beginning of your sentence is not smart! "This is place is so dumb" However, I was only pinpointing Silas's rotation compared to MDA and McHale. MDA was a very smart coach but he was stubborn to a vault and I felt if he could've extended his rotation during the season, it would've aided him in the playoffs.
Could Silas have kept Harden from the strip clubs during the playoffs? Could Silas have rubbed Chris Paul's hammy so it didn't tighten up at a crucial moment?
