This reminds me, Apple+ is producing a series for Wool, the post-apocalyptic novel written by Rockets Fan Legend, Hugh Howey.

In May 2021, it was announced that Apple TV+ had given the production a series order to a television series adaptation of Wool. Graham Yost will write the series and Morten Tyldum will direct and produced by AMC Studios and Rebecca Ferguson will star and serve as executive producer. Howey, Remi Aubuchon, Nina Jack and Ingrid Escajeda also serve as executive producers.[20] In August 2021, Tim Robbins joined the cast.

Not sure of its post apocalyptic or more dystopian but I liked Elysium.

You know, I enjoyed post-apocalyptic movies and books a LOT more before reality seemed to be catching up with them at an alarming rate.

Fantastic movie, although it's not technically post-apocalypse. There's still a government and structure to society, even though it's breaking down.

Does The Terminator count? Parts of it are certainly post-apocalyptic.

Fury Road and 28 days later comes to mind.

    Wall-E being on the list...lulz

Book of Eli was good, but a part of me knows it could be great.

    Equilibrium is kinda post-apocalyptic...

Not that this is one of my favorites but I watched it as a child and had no idea what apocalyptic meant. Matrix definitely in my top 5 along with Terminator. Honorable mention to The Postman even though I think a lot of people dislike it.

Anyone remember Damnation Alley? Jan-Michael Vincent and Hannibal from A-Team (George Peppard). I saw it on a Saturday afternoon and spend the rest of the weekend building the vehicle out of Lego. I remember getting it pretty close but couldn't get the wheel spacing correct for the top of the triangle. The nuclear cockroaches scared me for some reason.

    Full Movie:

The vehicle was still around a few years ago when I looked it up.

The prequels to these are admittedly boring.
