I only joined FB in 2018 because it's impossible to reach customer service for a lot of companies these days without FB messenger. That's all I use it for.

 

Some companies are cheap, they don't want to spend money on their own IT infrastructure.

 

Tree House would be another name.....

 

Watching now with my 2yo. Still not sure why any adult would be a fan, even if Disney.

Seems to be a lot of shilling there, but there are some interesting groups. Be careful with what you select as interests. Start small and move up.
