    "police record" and "criminal record" are not the same thing owing to a little thing called the presumption of innocence -- but you won't find anything like that in the article I guess.

    This is this guy's second book on this issue in addition to his NFL book? what a parasite; look out baseball, you're probably next.

    Cases have trouble going to trial if a witness or victim is bought off.

    But we all know that never happens.
