    Caserio might be but its a concern that he has traded picks multiple times for guys he ended up cutting.

    Easterby brought Josh McCown to the Texans. Anyone surprised McCown was interviewed for the HC job? When is the last time you heard of a team interviewing a former player one year out of retirement to be a HC? Also, the Hopkins for Johnson trade was another Easterby special. Why is Johnson still on the roster? Why did Caserio restructure his contract instead of cutting him? Why do they keep feeding Johnson the ball?

    Easterby is still relevant.

    And some coaches are better off not trying to do too much (or working with Elite talent which can mask their deficiencies (Brady, Watson, and Young)).

    Last year, Tim Kelly coached the QB who led the NFL in passing and threw for 33 TDs and 9 INTs. It doesn't mean Kelly is a good NFL OC.

    O’Brien may be stubborn and a shitty GM, but he can coach. Watson didn’t develop by himself, in a vacuum. If he focused, he is a good teacher.

    O'Brien cannot coach, he never even learned clock and timeout management.

    The best thing you can say about him as a coach is that guys seem to play hard for him. He was bad at everything else
