how many times do you see currys name on this list in comparison to harden
    https://www.basketball-reference.com/leaders/game_score.html

harden literrally finished top 3 in mvp voting 4 straight years, no guard has done that since jordan and jerry west

btw last year curry top 3 and didnt even make the playoffs lol. Harden would have probably not even been voted all-nba let one be that close to winning mvp

Dwight was done as a star in the NBA. He wanted post touches and that never happened here or anywhere else. He found success as a backup when accepted his role which was never going to happen here. Kudos to Dwight tho.

Harden may very well go down like the Reggie Millers , Ewing’s, Barkley’s, & Stockton /Malone, Wilkins, as guys who put up monster numbers on good teams but couldn’t get over the hump.

But it’s rebuild time for us in HTown. Bring on the hungry & hard playing youngins!!!

Harden has always been a regular season monster whose greatness didn't extend into the later rounds of the playoffs.

Yeah, Curry had a weak supporting cast last year. Too bad Draymond couldn't hit a wide open floater.

all star game is just a popularity contest. Westbrick and Howard were just big names that were on the ballot and had a bunch of people vote them in

I'll be fair and admit that james harden despite having a somewhat underrated season this year according to kevin pelton and is ranked 6 or 7th on bbref mvp tracker. I truly believe harden should NOT be an all-star this year. Thats me admitting harden is not perfect.

But if you are asking me if houston harden was on the level of steph curry.. the answer is yes and if i were building a team and was on a budget i would take harden over curry anyday, curry has had the benefit of playing for owner who was always willing to pay the super tax. Iguodala was making 17 million coming off the bench

harden since he's been a starter in houston has been better than curry in the playoffs as well. At best its been a push. Check basketball reference

how many times has klay thompson bailed out curry in crucial game in the playoffs. The only clutch shot i cant think off the top of my head was the corner 3 againist the pelicans. Harden has had clutch shots in the playoffs againist the warriors 2016 game 3 and then a clutch shot the previous year againist the mavs in game 3

Do you really think that Dwight and Westbrook were popular when they were with us?

Building a team on a budget? Yes, it'd be better to build around Harden. Building a team with a secondary star? Better to build around Curry.

3 X Champion and 2 X MVP. Curry well on his way to his 3rd MVP and has a good chance to win another ring. Harden in the same category as Westbrick. Both regular season guys that put up inflated regular season stats with 1 MVP that suck in the playoffs. Harden can’t even do the regular season right no more though.

3x champ zero finals mvp.. name another "alledged" top 15 player ever that has a ring and no fmvp lol. You cant

harden has had better games in the playoffs than curry has as well if you go off gamescore. Harden in the same catergory as westbrook lol,, the guy that cant shoot to save his life. The guy thats literrally an anchor for team offenses.. yea sure great comparison.

Thats your opinion, these are the facts. The nets added harden last year and set numerous offensive records in league history. The 2020 nets had the highest team offensive rating in history, and the highest team true shooting, and team efg percentage in league history. Thas why adam silver changed the rules, A healthy brooklyn nets team under the old rules destroys any version of the pre -kd warriors

Hey man these reasons have got to be some of the silliest. Luka was playing like way before coming into the league. Who cares who he was compared to? You will nut hug so hard that you give Harden credit for other players success LMFAO. Have you no shame? Where? Since when did Trae young work out with Harden. Work out is one thing but act like Trae Young stealing his moves or something. Why is Harden still struggling but Trae not so much?? I dont even care really, but you'll come up with excuses all day.

Tmac is for sure a bum.

Yao and Scola have had more international success than Harden does as a Rocket.

All that China money, Harden can thank Yao for getting his endorsements out the 2nd round. lol

Not so sure about that, they have similar TS% this year (and Harden is actually a little higher at 59%).

What? Stop trying to fix it up!

Yao and Scola didn’t win anything in the NBA , same as Harden. So they’re all bums in your book!

I dont care about that dude...I have a life. All I know is ESPN been going in on Harden for months. Crickets when it comes to Young though. If Young has had some Shaqin' A Fool moments, I sure don't see them as often as I see Harden's. lol

What Garrison did was nothing new.

TS% is cool but it doesn't tell the whole story, just the one you want to paint.

International??? Harden literally has 2 gold medals, including 1 as the undisputed leader of the team in 2014 (where he led the entire team usa roster in total points scored, and yes steph curry and klay was on that team). but.. but harden would suck with fiba rules.. smh,

truth is fiba refs has more integrity than nba refs, harden is a generational foul drawer no matter where he plays, the nba is the only basketball league in the world they instruct their refs to not call blatant fouls. Skills matter more than athleticism in fiba. its why lebron, wade, and melo got crushed in 2004 and 2006 and needed cp3 and kobe to bail them out from embarrasing the country in 2008 olympics

because trae is younger, and harden wasnt able to train to get in shape for the season because of his hamstring injury. Harden lied about being 100% coming into the season at his media day. Because he thought he could play through the injury

steph curry was the one that said, dont compare trae to me, when trae was struggling to get wins as the leader of the hawks. As soon as trae breaks out and starts having success, steph curry starts acting like he was instrumental to trae being drafted. This is why most nba players **** with harden and hate curry. Curry overcharges his summer camps to were kids from urban oakland can not afford. Harden on the other hand makes his summer camps in houston affordable for everyone

Yao/Scola had attitudes that endeared them to fans. Harden's attitude annoyed fans.

I stopped being a fan of Harden when he stopped supporting Dwight.
