Alright fellow Six Feet Under junkies, the new season begins tonight!

    Where's the David/Keith relationship going?
What is Nate going to do now that Lisa is gone (thank goodness) and Brenda apparently is still going to be around?
Who is the next deadbeat loser that Claire is going to date?

I'm very much looking forward to the best show on television.

    Only about 2 more hours!

I think it's inevitable that Nate and Brenda hook up again soon. I think Fredrico is going to play a much bigger role this season too.

You know, I could take all the crazy plot twists in that show in stride, the ridiculously dysfunctional family, the absurdly melodramatic events of Nate's life (fatherhood/marriage/brain tumor/dead wife all in one year) and all the rest, but when Federico got the free hummer from the stripper outside the club, by suspension of disbelief hit its limit. Possibly the most unrealistic event in TV history..

God, that show is just surreal. Great show. It takes me an hour or two just to get back into normal life after watching it.

If anything, it makes me feel better when I realize my life isn't anything like that.

By the way, if I had ever had a brother, I would have wanted him to be exactly like David.

Wow, watching SFU is an experience. As the characters are so developed, and the acting and the direction is so intentional is the way I can describe it. I'm with you Jeff, it takes a little while, to snap out of that world.

    Anyway, some comments.

Holy freakin crap, Peter Krause is a phenomenal actor!! During the funeral service, they had an excellent shot of him holding back tears. That was awesome. The final scene of him burying Lisa, as he is removing her body from the bag, that was jaw-dropping.

David's first reaction when he returned with Keith back into their apartment was priceless.

I wonder if we will ever find out how Lisa died. Keith mentioned that she knew how to swim. Was it a suicide?

Russell impressed me tonight with his abortion discovery scene. Perfect portrayal of rage and sadness.

Ok, enough for now. I love this show!

just saw it right now using HBO IControl, which is a really cool way to watch TV by the way.

good episode but i think this should have been the season 3 finale not the season 4 premiere.

Peter Krause should have got the emmy last year. hopefully he will this year.

I keep seeing Federico as his character from Scrubs now.

Justin Theroux is hot. Glad they are keeping him around awhile longer.

Great opener...Began where they left off...

I don't know about you guys, but I'd be all over Brenda...Nate can be an a-hole sometimes...

I love this show so much...
