    Who is playing point?

Also not sure how Zion and Sengun fit.

But this trade would re-jigger the 2022 draft conversation for sure.

If he is good enough for a ball dominant star like Dame, he should be good enough for Green.

I know Simmons would do great with spacers like EGo, Mathews, Brooks, Augustin and Wood.

And Tate can play with anyone.

Think Sengun would figure it out too.

They want to compete. This replaces a lower rotation guy equally.

And what are the Sixers accepting from us since we are keeping all of our win now players?

Well, it's a terrible trade for us to. The warriors will never do it because they don't need to. They're 21-4 and the best team in the NBA. Why would they want to make a significant deal?

For us, we're trading away our best and most valued player (Wood) for a player who won't see the court (Looney), a player coming off major knee surgery and lacked lateral quickness when defending the perimeter before the injury (Wiseman), and a player who has been awful in the G league (let alone the NBA) this season (Kuminga) - FG% of 37%, 3P of 28% (most of them WIDE open), a terrible offensive AND defensive rating (net -13!), and a terrible turnover ratio. The two redeemable pieces are Moody who has shown G League flashes and Poole who the Warriors will never give up in a million years as he's the future of the their team, definitely the second best player on it right now, and a special shooter in the mold of Klay and Steph.

For this trade to ACTUALLY happen, it would likely take multiple firsts from Houston going to gws. As constructed without giving up picks i’m doing this is a heartbeat.

One of the things that weakens the trade market, esp for the best teams, is the impending buyout market. I wish the NBA would do something about it, as it becomes an opportunity for the best teams to pile up talent on already talented teams for minimum deals.

Yea I don’t see the Sixers holding out for that offer.

Trading for Simmons means giving up your best rotation player(s) because the Sixers don’t want to wait for a player to develop. It’s Morey, he may not care about the fit of putting Embiid and Wood together as long as they win.

    Reading is fundamental.

You have a one track mind, my trade was not offering Wood.

And I'm fine if 6ers pass.

It is… perhaps you should go back and read your posts.

I guess I had expected at least a realistic offer instead of a fantasy….

You literally offered no rotation players except for House. Whatevs.

    I've never offered Wood peanut.

When you obsess about something you just cannot see forrest for the trees can you?

Now you're stuck on "rotation players".

You never offered anything the Sixers would realistically want….. rotation or win now players.

Wall, Garuba, House, and picks is what you said….

You expect Daryl Morey to accept the worst contract in the NBA, two bums, and two first round picks for Ben Simmons?

I've been low on Simmons since they lost to Boston in their first playoff run, but unless those picks are OUR picks, meaning they'll end up #8 at worst, Morey would get fired on the spot for that deal.

But since you can't trade back-to-back first round picks, that means you expect the sixers to take Wall's contract, get no good players, and accept two NETS picks, in return for Simmons?

76ers are up to their ears in rotation players.

What they need is a bonafide AS caliber playmaker and scorer.

76ers should have traded for Lowry when they had the chance.

Wall is the next best thing.
