He was still above league average TS by about 2%-5% for most of his career, depending on which year you look at. That's pretty solid scoring efficiency. He was +2.9% and +3.5% in the championship years, which by todays standards would be ~60% TS. That's not Steph/KD territory, but that's still an efficient scorer especially on high volume. You'd never say a 28 ppg scorer today on 60% TS isn't efficient. He was also never below league average TS until his 14th year, so he didn't struggle offensively early on.
Akeem played 3 years in college for one of the best teachers of basketball for college. He played against some of the greatest players of all-time before he came into the league. You can’t compare Green’s path to Akeem. Not far to Green.

in one game We average 37.5 three point attempts a game, this is 9th in the league. Last season we averaged 40.6 a game for third....the season before we averaged 45 attempts a game. So it is starting to decline each season
LOL Silas still places a premium on the 3, perhaps does not emphasize it as much like Morey/MDA did but the attempts are still signifcant. Top 10 tells you otherwise? And Rockets recent success with 2 starters shooting over 40% and another at 37% dictates more 3's not less. And 3 key rotation players shooting over 40% as well. This 6 game win streak may be small sample size but it's more representative than the abominable 15 game losing streak. I guarantee that the attempts will be more than 37 per game by season's end.
