EG had to Euro step because he doesn't have the speed of Jalen. Jalen hits those pick going down hill at full speed, he's dunking on them, no need for a euro step.
I mean that's why Jalen dunks over 7 footers all the time in the NBA amirite? Never mind TWO seven footers under the rim. We all want Green to be the next MJ eventually but let's be real right now. And Green should add a Euro step because driving straight into defenders doesnt work, especially at 180 lbs.
Aight, I'll wait and see what happens in the next few games before I continue to bash him. But he should be playing Sengun more, I'm not convinced he is even a decent coach yet. These win are attributed to Matthew and Wood playing well and some other guys stepping up like Tate and Brooks.... Hopefully I'm wrong about Silas....
I don’t have time to write a nice intelligent post like you have when I tagged you in the past. I will say though that you screwed up and jinxed it. The next game is a certain loss.
….caliber team As much as I didn’t like a lot of things Harden did, cp3’s first year here was definitely a championship level team. 65 wins, top seed in the nba, lost in 7 to one of the best teams ever assembled (and eventual champs) after giving up a lead and going o-27 from 3 without cp3. Yeah that team was the one. They had the juice. If this team can get to THAT level id call that a huge win.
I don’t get the logic. A win is a win. Leads get away. It happens from time to time and what counts is closing out a team and getting the win. No need to worry or overthink.
You're either the Lakers and sign the best player in the world or you stumble into one by accident. Let me remind you about free agency, the best player to ever sign with the Rockets is Dwight Howard. Houston, for as much as we love this city and wax poetically about how relevant it is, is not a free agent destination. Free Agency will never save this franchise. As for pulling off a James Harden trade 2.0, which is required to elevate a team from mediocrity to contention, there are some targets. Its the league's most poorly kept secret that Zion is trying to eat his way out of Nawlins. Though with how players act now in their desire to go to NYC or LA, he'll just get fatter until he's on the Knicks/Nets. Still a risk well worth taking, especially if we can lure him onto a treadmill and handcuff him to it. The biggest problem with going for it now is the fact that we only have our picks for this year and the next. 2024 and 2026 go to OKC. If we're going to be bad and rebuild, get it done now and compete then, not the other way around.
