    yeah, like i just mentioned in another thread, stone must miscalculate the whole situation, there must be something wrong with our roster construction.

    Wall was suppose to help. Not last year's John Wall; but a healthier Wall that
    resembled more the John Wall from the Wizards.

    But he and his agent didn't want him to get hurt.....Rockets to an extent as well.
    Wall rehab stint from the Achilles last year resulted in his knee needed to be
    cleaned out. I can't imagine any team wanting him and his contract while not playing.
    Wall is going to be so rusty come Feb trade deadline.

    Theis scored well in PnR play type with Boston. So his purpose is to help
    Porter and Green run PnR proper like. Unfortunately our 3-point shooting has
    gone to pot. I've posted our catch and shoot 3-pt percentage last season.
    I'd venture to say it's not even close this season.

    Jalen Green: it's complicated to run point guard in the NBA. Even more difficult doing
    it simultaneously as another person is learning as well. The Porter/Green facilitating
    in PnR struggles. @DaDakota was saying that early in the season and I agreed with him
    then. Green started the season according to basketball-reference.com (Play-by-Play)
    as PG at a high clip of something like 31%. But before the most recent Thunder game
    was at 2% as PG. So, yes the Rockets cut back on Green running PnR and concentrated
    more on Porter. After the Thunder game (Porter missed) Green % at PG has jumped up
    to 18% on basketball-reference.com.

    in that game Green had 21 points (I predicted somewhere around 22 for the season)
    and one turnover. 2 assists but that will come as the roster settles down. A lot of
    moving parts with Brooks, Garrison Matthews, House getting new or added minutes.

    I would like Green to run point; but I also want Porter to learn as well.
    It's going to take time. Rockets don't have a T Ross or Gary Harris
    to go get buckets when the new kids (Porter/Green) find things
    stagnant. We just have Eric Gordon, Sengun (rookie) and Tate who
    has his hair on fire running around like a chicken with its head cut off
    half the time. Yeah a second year man who was an undrafted free agent.
    Also hesitates too much to shoot the 3. But I digress.

    Yes Orlando is a better team right now. Further along. Greater head start.

    Just when you thought Morey did not care about chemistry enough, this is much much worse, this Rafa does not even seem to know the weaknesses of the players.

    thx for sharing, @ApacheWarrior as i said, your statistics always encourages my laziness a little bit.
    just wanna reply your post by making use of a quote from @daywalker02 : 'Rafa does not even seem to know the weaknesses of the players', which I couldn't agree more...in a quick 1-14 meltdown, no doubt we fans are full of anger now, call out silas for his incompetence, however when chill out a little bit, we gonna notice that we might emphasize on the coaching compound too much to look back on and turn to grill stone's shitty summer 'ground work', which couldn't be deemed as a mature plan across board:
    - KPJ
    once we got John Wall sitting and put all our eggs on basket i.e. KPJ in point guard position, nothing but a ticking bomb, quite to my astonishment, before that, nobody calculated whether the notion unaffordable to this team or not;
    - Theis
    signing a regressing Theis by letting Olynyk go is so stupid, the direct consequences are leaving a negative impact on the games of KPJ, Wood and Tate, who had got used to Olynyk's PnR, 3p%.392, as well as solid defensive presence last season;
    - CWood
    Wood is a big man demanding the ball a lot, a big man need veteran point guard to maximize his output, without a reliable point guard could only expose his weaknesses;
    - Sengun/Jaygup/Garuba
    maintaining vets' trade value, developing young guys and tanking with pride,
    all three tasks could barely coexist or get accomplished all together.
    imho, the time when this 3-in-1 concept being presented to ferntits, our direction for rebuilding had became a slightly vague, not mention Stone's shitty 'ground work' for recruiting/signing vets might have long been in place at that time, so our awkward situation today was being designed, not accidental. Sengun, Jaygup and Garuba, their bumpy road just way ahead, unless a new coach search kick off and a smart coach renegotiate with the front office about his job description.

    I probably meant he does not care, I think he knows, that is literally his job to know.

    I'm giving everyone on the team 50 games, including Silas.

    (well not D House.....he just looks way too bad)

    House needs to prove himself during practice

    Rockets: 6-16 (.273)
    Magic: 5-19 (.208)

    Our record is officially better (at this point in time).
