Sun's defense against the warriors. Switch defense 1-4, with Ayton (or McGee) playing safety.

They got the personnel, to pull it off.

A younger more athletic version of what we had in 17/18?

I doubt the Suns make it to the finals again. But it would be nice for CP3 to get a ring. He was never the real problem for the Rockets.

They actually have a pretty good chance to repeat if they can get past the Warriors (Jazz will blow it like they always do). The West isn't great this season.

oof that’s a tough blow. At least he’ll be well-rested for the ‘offs.

Payne stepped up big in his absence last year iirc. They also have the youngest Holiday brother who’s shown he can be a scoring punch off the bench.

I’d like to see if there’s any mutual interest with Dragic or if the bad blood remains from his previous stint.

The Suns have 24 games left.

If he misses 6 weeks, that's 20 games. 7 Weeks will be 24 games. 8 weeks will be right at the start of the playoffs.

Idk what ancient spell book or deity Chris Paul made an offering to, but this man was good for 20 missed games every year until he leaves the Rockets, and then all of the sudden he’s an iron man

it was like he transferred his injury issues to Harden as some sort of get back

Until this injury he had played in

    148 of 152 Suns games (97%)

    77 of 79 Thunder games (97%)

    142 of 192 Rockets games (74%)

This was actually my first thought when I heard the injury was to his thumb. It might become a blessing in disguise. It's only worrying that it's his shooting hand thumb, not sure how that might affect his shooting percentages.
