Still didn't get the job done in my book. We didn't get to the NBA finals with him.

All for PJ or whoever convincing Wall to decline his player option.

Getting paid 47 million in a year and being worth about 14. FUGGEN LAME.

Well, at least Westbrook is the Wizards' ... eh Lakers' problems now. Wall is whatever.

Glad we got rid of Westbrook, what a nightmare that was. However, ideally we could've broken it into contracts smaller than $40M, like the Wizards did [Kuzma $13M, Pope $14M, Harrell $10M expiring]. The value of the players almost doesn't matter, you're just trying to get out from under an albatross contract. It's a lot easier for a guy to play himself into a palatable $10M, $15M, even $20M trade than.... $40M. Man that number just stings.

PJ Tucker is another loser NBA guy. Someone make sure to spill your dr.pepper on his shoes at the game.

I suspect that Westbrook's trade value was at rock bottom last year after the embarrassing playoffs performance. Plus he was demanding to be traded. So I get why we got an almost equally bad contract in return.

Too bad, LeBron was desperate a year too late.

Look at the audacity of this. LOOK AT IT. The intrepidity. The recklessness.

Westbrook is making more than Lebron James on the same team. Who in their right mind as a professional general manager of a team signed these inefficiently-score-first PGs to 33% of a salary cap? It betrays a basic understanding of winning basketball on multiple levels. It boggles the rational mind.

Our brand new owner called Chris Paul the "worst contract he had seen in sports" and traded him for Westbrook -- and then Wall. IMBECILITY I say.

Now these players think it's all cool and #freewall. SHUT UP AND LISTEN. This kind of tomfoolery screws up the entire landscape for all players and GMs to align on salaries that actually match player value.

When exactly was Wall a "score first" PG? Do you even watch basketball? You're talking about somebody who averages around 20ppg in most of his NBA seasons, but has averaged 10apg in 3 different seasons. Literally the only other players to average 10 assists a game in the last decade are Nash, Chris Paul, Harden, Rondo, Lebron and Westbrook. That's it. And you classify that as a "score first" player? Ok.
