This is sickening. How many people do you need to rape to actually get a jail sentence with this judge. I thought judges use the letter of the law to guide them to decisions instead he is praying to god for guidance.

So many factors in place that mitigate the law
By Mitigate I mean decide the level of "justice" a person receives

    Race
    Money
    Sex
    Age
    Location
    etc

I have a friend from Memorial high school that has had six DWIs, and never spent one day in prison.

Yeah... not sure where that judge's head was at, but it is a dark and smelly place

So is it all good to dox him and look away if some brave soul performs an honor killing For Society?

Based on past threads, if you're a family member of the victim, a Decent Jury should, by rights, set you free.

Or is the judge right and that serial rapist is a Future Asset To Society?

I was just thinking of the case of the Stanford Swimmer who didn't get any jail time for raping someone and in the article:
"The lighter-than-expected punishment for Belter bears similarities to criticism lobbied against the sexual assault case of Brock Turner, the Stanford University student who was sentenced to six months in prison by Judge Aaron Persky for raping an adult woman. Voters in Santa Clara County, California, later recalled Persky due to outrage over the sentence."
You would think judges would be aware of that precedent and that it cost that judge his court.

here we go with using God to justify this farce of a decision…

God didn’t tell u to not put this rapist in jail…so sick and tired of this type of BS

so God wanted the victims to suffer more so that this POS can be spared from the horrors of jail :rolleyes::rolleyes:

How come God never gives these judges a spiritual epiphany when it comes to black people?

A conviction for rape should yield prison. Hopefully he has to register for the rest of his life and he endures many ass whippings.

Judge has nothing to lose. From the article:

Judge Murphy is set to retire next month at the state's mandatory retirement age of 70, according to WKBW.

Also, it's worth noting that this guy was sentenced to probation a few years ago for this, violated that probation, and STILL didn't get jail time this time around and just got more probation for violating the probation.

That's our justice system. One DUI is enough. After that their license should be revoked for 2 years and their car impounded and sold with profits going to a charity for victims of drunk drivers. 3rd time should be a mandatory 5 years in prison minimum, car they are driving impounded and sold with profits to charity of victims of drunk drivers, and their license revoked permanently. 4th time, life in prison with no possibility of parole.
