Giddey is the second youngest player in the NBA, but his game is already pretty mature. He has good handle, pass the ball extremely well, has good court vision, and can score with a variety of ways. If you like this draft class, don't just watch Mobley or Barnes, Giddey is also one you shouldn't miss.

The kid is nice. This is Steve Nash if he had height. It's fun to watch.

I didn't see him jump high once. He can't be good.

Toronto is the franchise I trust the most when they’re making a draft selection…OKC is up there too

I’m telling you this kid is going to be an all time great

Best vision I’ve seen since Lebron, or Magic

These days European players seem pretty ready for the NBA right after being drafted

I would point out that he's shooting only 28% from three but Jalen Green has been worse than that.

He’s struggling with his shot but has great feel for the game, elite passer, leading his team in rebounds as a pg, just does everything else well and shows flashes why he is an elite prospect every game. Even when his shot isn’t falling Giddey is running the team and impacts the game in all facets.

The least of Jalen Green’s problem is his 3%, he is just invisible, or worse, an eye sore most games. When his shot isn’t falling he just has no impact in other areas of the game except stopping the ball on offense and getting lit up on defense. But he looked a lot better last game in the one big lineup so hopefully that’s some sign of life.

I think it’s a backhanded compliment to call them “ready” as if being European just automatically gives them a temporary leg up. Nba history is littered with Euro/international busts.

No. Guys like Giddey and Sengun, both 19 and two of the youngest players in the nba are not just “ready”, they are just that good.

His vision, spacing, and angles of attack at 19 years old is pretty special. Going to be a good player for a long time.

I was not impressed Pre draft I though his shot was horrible and he had no hops, but he’s making it work with play making and is just so tall he can score/pass right over the other guards. I bet he turns into a good shooter too and if that happens he will be a nightmare

I assume he has a heady style of play with sneaky athleticism.
