i appreciate Tate's bully ball, but people dont talk about his bone head plays enough, lol.

it's almost universal praise for Tate but he is just as dumb as the others

Chicago has a nice squad Lonzo was on fire
Lavine is what I hope JG can at least emulate

Honestly, the Bulls didn't play their best game, but they also didn't play their worst. Caruso, Ball, Levine, and Vucevic all shot and played well. It took unreal performances from multiple players for us to pull this off. Brooks, Matthews, and House won us this game.

I liked what Silas did tonight. But there were minor things that show he's too stuck to his rotations. If he needs a defensive rotation late in the game, I'd rather bring in KJ because of his leaping ability vs. Tate at this point. Augustin didn't have it going, esp in the second half where Caruso was cookin him. Silas should have pulled the plug on Augustin earlier instead of watching him contribute nothing on offense and be a liability on D.

This team needed a win for the teams morale. Along the way here, we've lost games to teams that didn't play their "A" game. We just sucked enough where we went 6+ mins without scoring and the other team ends up scoring 10-15 during that time which puts the game out of reach. Sometimes that stretch happens in the second quarter, some times third. Usually by the 4th we're already down by 20 or more.

I hope we'll see this same flexibility with lineups and personnel out of Silas going forward. Tate was an incredible rookie who did some great things. But he's not a developing player anymore, and we know his strengths and weaknesses. I don't think him being a starter should be a settled issue, especially with the emergence of Sengun and KJ. Both have shown that they are a much better boost to the offense, and our starting five just has too few shooters to withstand a player who shoots threes as poorly as he does while being left wide open.

Seriously, was Theis injured? Why wasn’t he clogging the paint, throwing the ball out of bounds or bricking threes in the fourth quarter?

So the key to winning is to give Theis 0 minutes

Silas is slow to adjust but tonight showed the importance of having players that fit on the court. I hope he can learn from this and continue to improve as a coach.

Some of us are too focused on Silas, Theis, House, and KPJ PG antics that we just don't have the energy to go after Tate.

Baby steps. They still need to play Sengun more, he's our best player.

KPJ was good for nearly the entire game, then just tragic right at the end.

They need to play KMJ more and Tate less.

The spacing is better with shooters on the court.

He must have issued the "kiss of death" to Chicago.

Garrison Matthews is pretty game in all the games he has played. He does a lot of small things right like knowing when to jump for those lose rebound when the bigs are battling.

Our defense was pretty solid towards the end, we shut Derozan down on multiple drives leading to buckets on the other end towards the end of the 3rd
