You don't need one, just put out your best 5 on the court and let them play. Rockets have the worst starting 5 in the league and Silas decides to close the last 5 minutes with them. Ridiculous coaching.

 

Theis generally isn’t good. He’ll give you a good game once every four or five. To start him is moronic.

EG, Green, KMJ, Sengun, Wood

Jalen Green needs way more touches…it’s pissing me off

chef’s kiss for the way he’s played the past 2 games…under control, and figuring out how to finish at the rim in the NBA

haters really gonna have to hit the highway once his 3 pointer becomes more and more consistent

 

Every offensive possession needs to end with a block, a turnover or a three from a terrible shooter. That’s why a smart coach like Silas puts in Theis in losing time.

Give that man an extension.

 

They were playing well but I don't think that's the problem. The Rockets need a CLOSER. They don't have that yet.

Sengun is younger than Green...I don't want to hear this "it was time for him to sit" bullshit! He and KJ could play two 48 min back to backs without breaking a sweat.

Im not gonna complain about the missed FTs, the TOs, EG missing layups, Wood mental errors, Tate shooting 3s

Because I saw progress in Jalen's game and Silas trusting KJ and Alpy more in big minutes. This is our future, and the sooner they become comfortable in grimey games the better it is for us!! Jalen has back to back solid games --- gotta love that.

I love the effort today and the fight.

 

That was really a stupid ending to a good story.

 

Knicks got hot from 3 in 4th, gordon and tate missed open 3s, that and free throws was the difference in the end.

Good to see Matthews making the most of his playing time, plays hard. Green had some good plays, not much else to get excited about.

Tate had a stinker, but he has a few credits in the bank. Sighloss only let house run around like a headless chook for a few minutes, so that's a minor win.

 

I'd have been 100% okay with the loss if Silas had played the correct rotation in the 4th. This loss is on Silas.

 

At least there was some real progress tonight. If they play like this, they will win some games.

 

This needs to be repeated every time. He never fails with the clutch meltdown

 

I dont mind that he's trying not to be a homer. I respect that. Thats why I like the GSW announcers they are always complimentary towards the other team.
