Silas would be a 2 time playoff coach with some 2nd round exits if he had Harden…without him, he’s viewed as the worst coach in the league
The evidence though - Harden did play under Silas and his record during that time was 2 wins, 6 losses. Cousins also was playing and his overall and 3pt field goal percentage jumped 25% when he left Silas. We actually did have some games with a starting lineup of Wall, Harden, Cousins, Tucker and Nwaba - which Silas *also *lost. Our record for those games wasn't that much different than in the time since then - abysmal, bottom of the league stuff - even with Harden, Wall and Cousins playing. Cousins went on to play quite well after he left. I'm not sure Silas would have had much more success even with Harden.
