I disagree that prior infection doesn't count. If you don't collect information on how many time you breathe in an hour, does it means you don't breathe? In a similar way, CDC doesn't collect information on the particular 4 steps doesn't mean the particular 4 steps don't happen. In fact, we all know it does happen.
If having smokers around me would cause me to involuntarily become addicted to smoking and spread the addiction to my family, then I'd absolutely scream for smokers to be forced to quit or get fired.

Yep... hundreds of thousands die from smoking every year. There are a lot more places where you can't smoke than there are places an unvaccinated person can go. The argument of "well, XYZ kills more people than ABC" is such a stupid argument.
