There is no evidence Travis Scott caused this.

He went from Rockets' ball boy. To having more money than everyone on the Rockets. More signature Nike's than anyone on the Rockets. To being banned from a Rockets game.

So true. It wasn't even his concert. It was the Astroworld show. Astro-World. So obviously it was hosted and organized by the Astros. Ipso facto the Astros are at fault!
Can't believe anyone would even try to blame poor Travis for any of this. Disgusting people on here. Leave poor little Travis alone.

Exactly. Say it louder bro. Travis is innocent. He also hasn't had his Lasik procedure yet so that's why he couldn't really see what was happening. Plus, his hearing aid fell out so he couldn't hear what the organizers said to him when they came on the stage. Leave Travis alone y'all!
Travis isn't getting cancelled. Also cancel culture isn't real. But it is...until it's not and then it is.

Feel bad all this stuff has happened, more you hear and ppl on here losing friends. Sorry to hear.

    Just a **** show.

Travis is def not a bad person. His crowd and the persona he brings arounds his show is a little wild.

I think age restrictions. Drug checks need to be had at every single outdoor festival. I feel the blame can just go to everyone involved. We won’t really know now since everyone wants to dodge lawsuits.

Oh it will. Travis is just #1 on the list because it's his festival, he was the one on stage, etc. Then Livenation will get the attention turned to them even more. Then HPD. Then other smaller entities on the list. Just a messed up shitfest overall that could've and should've been avoided.

I disagree with this. A good person just doesn't leave someone for dead when they are having a seizure.

Plus there are stories coming out about how he basically stole music from producers and made it seem like they were his work.

He's definitely a shady and sus person

Fair point, and his... missed opportunities to be a good person... (to put it super kindly) have been covered to death in this thread already, but I guess some people are reading all the pages. He could clearly see something was up -- and maybe he was high or something -- but he didn't have the good judgment to use his unique position to help. Having your fans go nuts and jump up an down when people are dying within sight of the stage... yeah, not a good luck. But plenty of blame to go around.

Classic Russian short story worthy! Turgenev could cue it up.

Never said anything about cancelling, but please do let me know the next time he's welcomed at a public event in Houston or has any sort of city permit approved.

Listening to an interview of someone who survived the concert and just horrible the pain these people are going through. Watching people die in front of you even as the concert goes on.

Another thing that has really struck me about this tragedy is how diverse the victims are. This is another example that Houston is the most diverse city in the US.
