Kind of understand why Wall and Green are close, both guards.

 

Wall's also the only person on the roster who actually understands Jalen's situation. He's a top pick himself who was the hope of a struggling franchise. Makes sense to me that Green would look to him for advice on how to handle the situation, pressure and fame.

 

I encourage the players to to try and win, and even the coaches.

I encourage the GM to put us in the best position to win over the course of the next ten years and not this year.

If we have signal that Wood isn't happy being on a rebuilding team, we should move him to a contending team. He can be a difference maker with an elite guard to set him up, but we do not have anything close to that at the moment. His value will go down if we freeze him out and/or he becomes a malcontent.

He is an extremely talented player and young enough, so I'd be fine keeping him if he is bought in. But his recent comments about getting the ball, and his passive attitude in the Warriors game suggests that he is not.

FT% does not lie, he is currently shooting 53% this year. Hack-A Shaq averages 53% for his career. Rockets will not succeed a player shooting FTs like Shaq. For him to hit FTs that low, he is mentally affected. If Wood, KPJ and Green aren't doing it together, got to disband someone before everyone wants to disband. They need a players-only meeting with John Wall leading

This team is projected to win about 20 games with a roster full of rookies. What are you on so I can make sure I avoid that trip? It doesn't matter what you do, the die is cast. It's not tanking, this is what building a team from scratch looks like.

 

this is silas special... no player is shooting FTs good on the rockets or better than before
its the lack of coaching and the discipline...and a sign players dont care for the coach.... if youre a coach you should know how to install the discipline and work ethics...

you should really be able to do miracles installing discipline cause if you cant whats even a point of you being the coach?

anyone from the street can let players do what they want and have the worse record....

 

he should also PM the fix to Benn Simpson and earn a couple of millions on the side
