    THE RIVIAN IPO,

Rivian's mega-IPO was built with a truckload of private capital

The EV automaker (last mile delivery trucks) is expected to raise more than $9.8 billion when it sells 135 million shares at between $72 and $74 each.

Rivian would be valued at $70.6 billion at the midpoint price of $73 on a fully diluted basis—just shy of the $75.7 billion market cap held by Ford, its primary rival in the US pickup industry.

    AMZN owns ~20% Rivian, 14% for F

    fwiw,

should Rivian IPO open at $72, Ford's Market value in the IPO would be higher than the entire Ford Motors Co

this was before the ERS late Oct
post ERS, earnings beat and raised guidance, it was a replay of last qtr, down > 25%

APPS, at the nadir of its MACD, may have found support / bottom, posed to break thru 50 dma

    just a suggestion

    • sell a Jan 5-pt bullish PUT spread, try to collect at least 40% of the spread, which defines your max risk of $3
    • use the premium collected from above, to load up on this 10-pt bullish CALL spread
      • bto 75 strike CALL , sto 85 strike CALL; currently netting at $3.3

assume that is a 2023 LEAP and beyond, to augment that play, sell a Jan 2021 100 strike CALL,

most probably, the sell leg will expire worthless, if so, then sell a high strike call 2-mo out.

    and so on

    That's correct. 20 JAN 23 - $100 CALL ~$14.60.

if i were to play this

i'd sell a 10-pt bullish PUT spread, 160/150, to collect at least 40% of the 10-pt spread, 45 - 60 days to expiration..

waiting for trading action to be above 20 dma for 2 consecutive day, then make a big bullish bet

RBLX up a whopping 30% after hours. Seems like revenue doubled in the 3rd quarter.

    Many thanks as always!

Lock-up expired and up 7% today. Time for it to go on another run? Started a small position, will likely dca in. I missed out on SHOP, maybe this can be similar. High growth and already breaking even.
