    i never knew this show existed until about two weeks ago. i just finished season 3 and am immediately watching it again. it took me a while to figure out the character dynamics so its making more sense on 2nd viewing. im obsessed with this show. ill do the movie and then seasons 1 & 2 next.

    i never even heard of this show till about a month ago and ive watched season 3 twice. should i do the movie next or watch seasons 1 & 2 then the movie?

    one of my favorite scenes is in the 2nd episode (The Cloak of Duplication) when collin robinson wears the cloak to "pitch woo" towards the gym girl and his strategy is to "neg" her...he walks in and the first thing he says to her is "hey shithead".

    I'd watch season 1 & 2 since you are familiar with the characters....the movie inspired the series but it's not a direct continuation, different characters and whatnot......

    Different characters but still same universe as Jermaine Clement's and Taika Waititi's characters make guest appearances in each season. Can't go wrong with when you watch the movie. But watch the series in order as there are some overarching storylines.
