LOL, valid comparisons are valid comparisons no matter how many games are played.

Does it mean that's who Green is certain to become? No, and I've spelled that out for you many times already....though for some reason you are still struggling.

Right now, it's a valid comparison. Green has a similar skillset as of right now. Throw a tantrum about it if you must, but you'll have to understand when I laugh at you for it.

It's a basketball you're shooting, not free weights. The power needed for a jump shot comes from your legs and core, not your arms. The kid can jump. He has plenty of power to shoot from anywhere on the court.

His elbow angle does remind me a bit of Bird.

Valid in your mind. Like I said, the fan bois and haters have their wild fantasies and comparisons.

Valid in my mind, valid when you watch the games, valid on the boxscore.

But of course not valid with his blind fanbois.

Fan bois say MJ and Kobe

Haters say Corey Brewer after 9 games.

    Facts.

It's not being a "hater", when the comparison is valid.

Is it that you are upset as a fanboi or is it that you are too ignorant to know how highly touted Corey Brewer was coming out of college that makes you throw this temper tantrum about a valid comparison?

It kind of has to be one or the other.

I mean, he was a top 10 pick for a reason.

Since bobby did what he always does and moved the goal posts and cherrypicked a different set of stats when he got called out for comparing Brewer career FTA to Green FTA, Brewer was 2.2 FTA per 36 his rookie season compared to Green at 3.7 per 36 right now for anyone interested in an honest apples to apples comparison.

I pointed out why the comparison was problematic before it even started, they weren't forcing the ball to Brewer like they are Green. Check their usage stats and see if you can't figure out why the FTA are slightly different.

I was comparing skillset more so than anything else, and I made that clear....but some people struggle to follow along in conversation.

I don't want to jinx it. His shooting form is still work in progress imo that needs more reps in the off season.

Don't want to see him go on a crazy slump again

Sidelight, Bird had to completely change his stroke after breaking his hand in a softball game after his rookie year.

Carry on.......BTW - I don't care what it looks like if it goes in.

I was worried about his form, mostly because he starts his shooting motion from his hip, and most top wings don't do that. But he creates a ton of space off the dribble, and especially off step-backs, so I think he'll be able to create good looks when creating. Off the catch it might be harder for him to become great, especially with limited room.

Green in his first day as a NBA rookie had more skill than any point in Brewer's career in terms of shot creation.

This was a dumb take from the moment it farted out of your brain.
