    This doesn’t do this play justice without the context and commentary

    Dude just brought the ball over half court, small lead, they need to run the clock down, Mf flings the ball up, commentators are speechless, I was shocked and it took me a second the process it “wait did he just do that, why”.

    The Lakers saw Westbrook do all the bad Westbrook stuff when he was on the Rockets. They saw it firsthand against them in the 2020 playoffs. The turnovers, the badly missed threes. Why in the world did they trade for him?

    the logical part of me thinks its because russ was afraid they'd intentionally foul instead of letting them shoot a 3 if he passed it...

    but the realistic part of me thinks russ just has no chill and wanted to jack that
