A loss to the Suns......................a lapse in the third quarter proved costly. Only major highlight was the free throw shooting of 24-28. Porter Jnr and Green going 14-14 from the line. Porter Jnr 20pts 6rebs 3asts Wood 18pts 15rebs 5asts 3blks Green 16pts 3rebs 3asts Tate 14pts 5rebs 4asts 1stl Gordon 12pts Sengun 10pts 4rebs 5asts 1stl
One more thing before I go to sleep, KPJ had his best game tonight. At times looked like a real grown PG that knows how to control the game...
Silas not playing Snipa when Rockets needed shooting from end of 3rd to end of 4th is absolutely criminal.
Nah, I wouldn't trade Wood yet at all. First off, he's cheap and he gives us pretty much 20/10 every night. Second off, even if he isn't an all star in the future, we need to actually be able to be somewhat competitive. Now when his contract is up, if he isn't an all star, then you don't pay him as one. But you can still pay him a fair amount for his production if he doesn't blow up and that's a solid 20/10 guy who can also blow up for big games. That's not easy to get a hold of.
I mean what did you expect? I have defended green and have been happy with the pick but that dude has terrible takes and isn't a Rockets fan at all.
Rockets have some of the quickest Guards in the league, but Silas wants to a run stupid motion offense. Spread the damn floor and give our guards some ISOs. Jalen Green is not a pick and pop shooter. Give him some space and let him go get buckets or collapse the defense to open up another player. Same goes with KPJ.
Why Sam Cassel cant get a head coaching job is ridiculous. He should have been the coach and Silas the offensive coach Becky Hammond could be remarkable on this team
Ayton definitely wasn’t great today. That said I’d rather have Ayton than Wood. I like CWood a lot but he does give me some Shareef Abdul-Rahim vibes, fwiw
been a rockets fan and houstonian my whole life. i know we just lost but take it easy fellas. get some sleep
