    Nook I definitely agree with this. It wasn't Dusty's decision. They're leaning on Strom and going on what he thinks. He knows his pitchers better than anyone. Hope it works out!!

    Since we are playing the Braves...here's a documentary about their 1991 season. The Braves were up 3-2 in the World Series that year but then lost the last two games in Minnesota. Let's hope history repeats

    The pitching by committee tonight has GOT to post some 0's. I think lost in all of these short rest and pitch count gymnastics is the fact the Braves have a fully rested Max Fried on the other side, and he is very good. Astros have a tall task tonight, to win they need a committee of taxed arms to hold the Braves at bay, while also relying on the an offense that has been shut down previously in this series to break through on a very good starting pitcher.

    Not trying to be a downer. I believe, and I have hope. I'm not even thinking about a Game 7 right now. If the Astros can collectively grind out a win tonight that will be absolutely incredible.

    I still believe!!

    That’s 2017.

    In 2019, Yankees took game 1, we won games 2-4, and closed it out in 6 at home.

    :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    In all seriousness, I think Watson was set up. How convenient that he demands a trade and the organization instantly tries to humiliate him for stepping out of line?

    Are you talking about the same Max Fried, who was fully rested before his last outing, and wound up giving up 6 runs in five innings?

    Not saying it will happen again, but Fried has his hands full with this lineup. Fried sure didn't "shut down" this lineup.

    I'm nervous, having to go to the doctor for a biopsy style nervous.
    Or when you reserve an escort only the pimp baits and switches you with some zombie looking blond, then you have to go get tested and read the replies in a basketball forum, that style of nervous.
    What kind of nervous are you?

    The crazy thing is the city of Atlanta and their cute mayor, they're all feeling the same way as us.

    I prefer Urquidy to pitch tonight and Garcia for game 7 but in Dusty I trusty.

    I’m nervous like my team is in the World Series and we have to win out on the last 2 games.

    Am I doing this right?

    I don't get not starting Odorizzi. Fully rested. Was very good the last month of the season. Flat out dominated in his one outing so far in the WS. Then you have Luis Garcia for a potential game 7 on full rest.
