Video Cameras-Any that record onto DVD's?

    Im not up to date in the video camera world. Is there any out there that record straight onto DVD's? If so, which make/model would you guys suggest for the best price? I want one badly.

    Its not worth it, the dvds cost too much, and the rewriteable ones are toooo costly, and they record half or a third of what minidv's do.

    MiniDVD's? Can those be played in my DVD player?

    no, i said mini DV's... they are like little tapes. you transfer files to your computer then record those onto dvd's and tehn play that on dvd player

    but all the dvd cameras use mini dvd's which are able to fit into the smaller tray of 99% dvd players, so yea they shjould work.
