Maybe we view athleticism differently. Jalen Green had his eyes level with the rim… he is extremely quick in a straight line and has exceptional hand/eye coordination. What he lacks IMO is strength and he has a mediocre frame.
He is K. Leonard part two. He has an incredible basketball body coupled with a very high basketball IQ. He needs to work some on his ball handling and his shot if he wants to be a superstar.
Edwards can leap as well as Green and is almost as quick with a much better frame. Don't know about hand /eye coordination, have not studied either but I will say Green seems to be more skilled than Edwards and just don't see anything he can do running and jumping better than Edwards and Edwards is much bigger.
Ok people keep saying “eyes level with the rim” and no his eyes were never level with the rim, nor was the top of his head at rim level. I really don’t care but his eyes are no where near rim level
They made it one more time. AMAZING!! With 4 more wins in the WCF. Mindblowing!! Wait wut? This is your quote. They made it one more time. AMAZING!! With 4 more wins in the WCF. Mindblowing!! That's you saying the accomplishments were comparable and if then no they almost did not get as far as the rockets they got swept and the rockets went 7. The fact that you think those 4 games mean nothing and the rockets going to the WCF twice is very telling. I never said Lillard's success is the same just saying even he could not lead a team to a championship so this guard over a big man argument makes little sense which was what this was originally about.
his eyes are definitely at rim level on that ridiculous attempt he had against Muscala. not that it matters. His athleticism is A+. He needs strength now. Doesn’t have to be crazy bulk. Wirey strength will do. If Steph or Kyrie can be one of the best finishers in the league around the basket Jalen certainly has the athleticism too and the strength will help them it’s just skill.
I don't know what it means? LOL. How is going twice to the WCF twice and going 7 games in one is almost the same as getting swept the only time you made it?
No, the dunk he was fouled on by the Thunder he definitely had his head level with the rim and he face was being pulled down at the same time.
Yeah I am not a huge fan of Green’s game right now but that dunk attempt against the Thunder has his head at or above the rim while his face was being pulled down. He didn’t make it so it will be forgotten but it was amazing how fast and how high up he was.
To be fair, Lillard never played with a Hall of Famer like Chris Paul. In finals games without Paul Harden was 1-6.
Green is like the petite teeny get ganged by the football team out here rn Lets hope this dynamic changes
What does any of this have to do with Lillard's "almost" having as good a record as Harden in the playoffs? Nice strawman.
