free throws were actually way up in the 80's and 90's

Is it a nerf if he's still a dominant player with the rule changes intact? FTs are down for everyone, not just Harden. He was getting a low FT count last year too. There is a lot of things going on right now like the article pointed out. Once he's fully healthy, we'll see how "nerfed" he actually is. I personally dont see it affecting him that much.

If Harden comes back the way he was before he got injured than absolutely yes. As of now KD is obviously playing better.

James clearly not himself, along with the rule changes. He doesnt have any explosiveness. Nets will only be good not great until then, or kyrie decides to come back.

Also i thought last year their defense was underrated. Right now its just bad. Lots of new faces still trying to get chemistry on both ends.

This is the same old Harden. He would get slurped on here about his efficiency bs. He scored 30 points on only 12 shots. They didn't tell you he went to the line and got 15 freethrows.

Sorry but some of them look like fouls to me. . .esp the one where his hand was held

    That Said
Giannis has rules bent toward him
Harden has rules bent away from him

Look like fouls to me as well. They are definitely targeting Harden but why do that to one of the best scorers in history?

If they’re going to change that then bring back hand checking.

In Harden’s Rockets prime, he dedicated himself to working on his craft all summer. Ever since 2019 he hasn’t worked as hard and it’s showing, and now we are seeing the results. As he gets older, it will be harder to return to form. I’m looking forward to seeing if he progresses through out the season, but If not, those picks will look better and better.

So KPJ is now really the second coming of Harden lmao

Harden lost his explosiveness, it's the beginning of the end maybe.

Harden's TS% this season so far: 48%. He had TS% lower than 60% only 3 of his previous 12 seasons. Never lower than 55% (rookie season).

Harden is really down on himself. @DreamShook you always seem to have a good read on Harden, what are your thoughts?

harden is fat needs to play his way back into shape. hates kyrie.

but I've never heard him speak like this though.. Harden is supremely confident in his ability; for him to say he will never get back to 30-40 pt games should be concerning.

I was saying haw we as fans took Harden durability for granted it seems Harden himself took it for granted too.
