Altuve will break out soon, he can't continue this way. Bregman, Correa we'll see if they'll step up The whole lineup need to step up
It's actually very nice outside atm. sunny/clear skies with little to no wind in downtown right now. The storm cleared out around noon
they actually do, or else you wouldn't be responding. especially when you out yourself with hypocrisy. But you've told everyone everything we needed to know. you just yap. that's it but folks knew that already
Yeah I just looked, they're alleging 12+ out of the WNW around gametime, which means it'll be blowing in through the open part of the stadium and swirling around and doing who the hell knows what to the baseball. Heavy winds hit yall tomorrow morning. Wind blowing in would actually be huge for Urquidy.
Yea Dusty would rather go down in flames then deviate from what is the norm with the line up. Who knows he may end up looking smart (I hope he does) by not making the move.
Buck do you have a breakdown of who did what against Fried? Good stat!! Like that no Brave has faced Urquidy as well.
Knowing that JU is in the SZ quite a bit I'd bet they'll come out hacking. We need him to set the tone and and get through the 1st and 2nd clean. Obviously I'd love 5 or 6 but the first two are huge right now.
Yeah, not sure how espn got .750 out of 2-3 or how I didn't catch it when I posted earlier. https://www.espn.com/mlb/player/batvspitch/_/id/32685/max-fried
Should have hit Castro 8th and Siri 9th. Not a coincidence our lefty bats have been crushing it. Really need a strong performance from Urquidy.
If I were Dusty, I would have moved Bregman to 7th in the order. I know he’s big on consistency and players knowing their spots in the lineup, but Alex just isn’t hitting well enough to warrant hitting that high. As for Diaz, I agree that Bregman is better, but it’s also really hard to get in any type of groove when you get the rare pinch-hit appearance in the playoffs. My concern with Bregman is that his defense (throws) has become very erratic this postseason, almost as if he is carrying the weight of those at bats in the field with him. He nearly botched a routine throw on an easy play in the late innings last night, and Yuli had to bail him out in the Boston series a few times on other routine plays. I desperately want Alex to get his swagger and confidence back that he had before the sign-stealing scandal punishment came down. He’s a shell of himself right now.
Agreed, he just doesn't look the same as in years past, I assume he isn't fully recovered from his injury. We need ya Bregman on key hits.....come on baby!
