Why hasn't Jalen Green gone to the free throw line yet?

    Absurd, he’s been fouled so many times going to the basket. If he starts getting the whistle it’ll do wonders for his efficiency ​

    Seriously, the Rockets should file a complaint with the league if this keeps up. It’s impossible, basically, for him not to have not been to the line yet. Ridiculous.

    How does one take 59 shots with almost 30% of them being from 0-3 feet, and not get a single free throw within that span? It seems impossible

    The free throw numbers across the league are wild.
    Janice can run into people like a bull and still get 10 fta though.

    Some of it is him getting screwed, some of it is him getting cleanly blocked at the rim 7 times this season.

    That would require him making a Luka play. They are nothing alike on drives.

    On the flip side, I say teams should put him on the line 10 times a game, because he's yet to make a free throw :p

    Good call on the G-league stats. Didn't think to look those up. He average 2.3 FTA a game in 32 minutes in the G-league.

    So, why are people expecting him to have a high free throw rate? We're used to having a guard who can consistently get to the line. But clearly that's not the kind of player Green is at this stage. He may never be that type of player.
