Tonight is the night that Valdez ties the Astros record in most World Series wins with these pitchers:
    Devenski
    McCullers
    Musgrove
    CFM
    James
    Urquidy
    Cole

Astros going with ALCS Roster. Meyers is there and Stubbs is not.

Imagine being told in 2019 that Framber Valdez would be starting game one of the World Series two years later.

That's odd. Perhaps just thinking ahead that Garcia would pitch in game 7 instead of Urquidy? Hope it isn't something else.

garcia threw his last/badass start on 5 days rest. Wonder if they’re thinking the extra rest will be magic in a bottle again

Maybe since game 4 will be a bullpen game, they want Javier to pitch around 30-40 pitches in game 2 and then have an extra day off before game 4.

Two different Rosters on two different sources. I have to admit his one makes more sense after reports that Meyers injury wasn't responding as quickly as hoped.
