Shorts article got taken down for baseless accusations. But looks like price is now caught up in SNAP drama, even tho most of APPS' revenue is from Android preloads, not iOS ads, but I doubt market is that discerning, even googl is down. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4460587-digital-turbine
Took a bunch off the table on APPS, it was already over 50% of my port. Frickin painful day but no regrets. Been a good run from $60. Sold covered calls and holding some uncovered shares for HODL. Time to shop...
It completely is. And i went thru APPS crashing to $48 after beating earnings haha. Still holding 1k shares, so i've still got skin in the game, but been looking fwd to free up $ for other stuff as well. Just bought some DLO.
DLO. Technicals look meh, but it's down because of stock offering, just had a blowout quarter. In short it reminds me of a young Stripe/Adyen for emerging markets. Multiples are of course whack, but Adyen's always looks expensive too, and this has room to grow. https://investor.dlocal.com/wp-content/uploads/reports/2021/Q2/q2-earnings-presentation.pdf
Snowflake Inc. (SNOW) PT Raised to $775 at Oppenheimer https://www.streetinsider.com/Analy...T+Raised+to+$775+at+Oppenheimer/19092001.html
purely a momentum play, the only way that i can afford to play TSLA sold a 20-pt bullish put spread---expiring on 10-29-'21--- for $10.1. defining my max risk to be $9.90 placed the 990/970 PUT spread order over the week-end; it got filled early this AM TSLA is currently trading above 991
i've probably been the biggest bull on these 2 names here, glad you made $. just my opinion - both can still go a lot higher, esp in long term but obviously risk/reward isn't quite the same as say just 1 month ago lol. APPS is still my biggest position but i re-balanced/reduced last week as the position got too big. then again i'm the idiot that sold NET over valuation concerns, so don't take this as advice.
anyone playing FB? Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) saw an initial postmarket dip but has turned 0.5% higher after its third-quarter earnings missed revenue expectations for the first time in years, and the company guided to the downside for Q4, citing Apple's IOS 14 privacy changes as a factor.
sold a bearish CALL 25-pt spread, collected a premium of 9.4, defining max risk to be 15.6, 11/19/2021 expiration
I don't know what to do with TSLA. I think I'm going to unload it if it goes higher this week I probably will. It is valued very close to double of what Toyota, Honda, Nio, Ford, and GM combined. I'll say it again double of all those companies combined.
