Quite the contrary. I place immense value in books, especially paper. Screens are becoming a plague to humans. In this forum, there is a lot of dumb BS bantered back and forth buried in ignorant political monologue. I would challenge it all to make a rule that every person should be required to read 3 books a year. Intelligence would go up dramatically.

Books allowed people to make some fantastic and amazing technology. Like allowing very wealthy people to transfer some of that wealth back into technology...even if its to hop aboard for a trip to space.

Good for Dolly. Even if its a netflix for books. Its good work. I am not sure what it has to do with billionaires. Inspiration4 raised 210 million dollars for St Judes. Isaacman likely paid much less than the $55M government rate per seat, but I wouldn't be surprised if he paid on up to $150M for the trip. Who knows what Netflix and Countdown brought to the table and how much money was moved across that table.

by lumping the 2 co together, the headline over-stated the importance of the erstwhile bankrupt car-rental.
