He had a nasty dunk last season. He is also taller than Barry.

Are there any examples that Pick#55 or latter has impact on a particular NBA team??

None come to mind. But there are several undrafted players to become above average players or stars. But don't count on the Rocket's scouting team to ever find any. How they ever found Mobley in the 2nd round continues to baffle me. :(

These are all pretty recent players.

    Ben Wallace
    Troy Hudson
    Earl Boykins
    Adrian Griffin
    Bruce Bowen
    David Wesley
    Avery Johnson
Antonio Daniels?(I think that's his name. The rookie on the Mavs and will be a FA this off season)

That's Marquis Daniels; Antonio got drafted in the lottery in 97, I think, and is currently on the Sonics roster.

How late was Manu Ginobili drafted? I believe in the 50s. What about Peja?

Not that I am trying to necessarily raise anyone's hope but I am almost sure that solid NBA level contributors have emmerged after the 49th pick even 54th.

Couple guys I liked for the second round both played for DePaul this year.

Delante Holland- Senior - 6'7" great athletic shooter and scorer whose game will translate nicely in the NBA. We've needed a good 2,3 since Cat started averaging 40+ minutes a game causing him to take too many bad shots. What we need is more depth at the 2. Pike is good but sometimes not what we need.

Andre Brown- Senior - 6'9" very strong 4 who would be a steal this late in the draft. Good rebounder and finisher around the basket. This guy HUSTLES and would be a nice change from our present "laid back" frontcourt. This guy is a gym rat and only 20. He would bring back some excitement(on the court) that Eddie brought when he was playing.
