Normally can take a wild guess at the plot. Not sure on this one because the transition is unclear. I wonder if Neo underestimated the human's desire to escape the Matrix. If nothing else the humans would escape, and then re-enter the matrix to use their superpowers. So the matrix should be overrun with super people. The machines likely still have enough energy to survive. The only twist I can think of is that Neo is so distraught with the result that he has to side with the machines or comes to the realization he is a machine.
Yeah, they can pretty much auto debit my ticket when this comes out. Vaccinated so going to check this out on the big screen, no disrespect to HBO Max but that won't be good enough.
The first one was great. The last two were only okay. I'm not in a hurry for this one personally. I'm not even sure I recall how it ended. I believe Neo was on the brink of death and the machines basically hooked into him. Oh...and he also brokered a peace between the machines and humans. Whatever.
Pretty much this. Except I'm really looking forward to it. So much so, I won't even watch the trailer.
That’s what I thought when I read the post. I’m excited for it. The first one is essentially a perfect movie. Hopefully this one is somewhere between that and the two sequels.
Can't be worse than Reloaded and Revolutions. All copies should be burned and their memory locked away in film hell forever.
I'm in the growing minority group that hopes the plot twist is that John Wick is Neo's Matrix persona and ties both franchises together. It would explain why the Bowery King looks exactly like Morpheus and why John/Neo goes to him for help in the second John Wick. Also all of the killing Wick does is basically Neo living out his Matrix days.
YES! for realz. Also just revisited the matrix again, it still holds up. As for the sequels, they are not bad just gotta be in the right mood to be in them. Kinda hard to sit through at times.
The shot from the trailer that looks like Trinity's first scene from Matrix 1 has a different suit with a lace up back. People think that's Christina Ricci's character.
They should put a quickshot of Bill inside a phonebooth to set up the ultimate cinematic Keanu-verse. Woah. Duuude. Woah.
