Oh, I’m a homer, but this is the worst rocket team I’ve ever seen in my life

I’m not confident we will win a game this year. We might just do the impossible and go 0-82

It's pretty funny that Minnesota is looking like the Monstars out there lol. Like come on Silas, WTF have you been doing to prepare for the season. Surely letting a young team figure it out is not the right approach. As far as my clock is concerned, you have 41 more games to go to be evaluated by me, but may not last this long.

I wish my assessment was based on a knee-jerk of first game energy, but holy ****, it isn't.

Why I think Green’s passing ability is better than KPJ?

The Rockets were bad but it's not all them. Twolves hit basically everything they tossed up and the refs decided they also can't foul. A lot of these TOs direct fouls.

As for the Rockets issues, well....they have no plan at all so this isn't new.

The only good thing I saw out there was that Green is able to drive to the rim and create some. Shot is still broken. They should give him a lot more use and just see what comes of it.

Also KPJ might be in the doghouse, barely played at all, so will be interesting to see the lineup at the half to see if that was coach just forgetting to sub him back in or if he's already thrown a fit about something.

It's harder to implement a system during the season as there is less continuous practice time. Based on this game a system wasn't implemented or it didn't take. This is going to be rough.

seriously No one on the team should be allowed to shoot a Harden step back until they can make 40 percent of their open 3's.

To me it just comes down to coaching. These guys are young there’s going to be growing pains but what makes this so hard to watch is the lack of structure. You have to either have a lot of talent on the roster or have a brilliant system to pull off being a good “player’s coach”. Silas has neither and he’s too damn nice. He needs to grow a pair or go back into the assistant role.
