I have no problem with short rest, however, Framber hasn't been stellar so it's not impactful. He would need to become an ace overnight. His last outing he looked like a rookie. May as well just go with our normal rotation and hope.

As bad as these two games have been, we're still only down 1-2. We just need one win, only one, in Boston, to regain home field. 20-0, 5-0, 1-0, it's all the same. Just one loss in a long series. Momentum can easily shift back in our favor just as easily as it did for the Red Sox.

    Gotta stay optimistic.

Punched in the mouth 2 games in a row. Let's see how they respond tomorrow.

If I'm Dusty though and the starter gives up 8 runs in the first, they are staying out there arm be damned.

    All we can do.

They cannot possibly legitimately maintain this hot streak, law of averages has to kick in at some point. Our pitching is NOT this bad, it's just not.

Can we get some bulletin board material from the Boston players? Come on! Poke the bear! Poke harder! POKE HARDER!

Understated how Maldy’s garbage pitch calling helped sink us in the second. Breaking ball after breaking ball falling behind in counts. Guy is useless.

This team has quit. They know they don't have the pitching. Correa saying its "his time" to get paid. All he cares about.

Pitching better be the priority in the offseason.

You make Greinke as comfortable as he needs... and then inject him with something.. Gonna need KC Greinke Game 4...

Really? I don't see any Astro as a quitter. . Now if you copy/paste, delete Correa, and interchange a few Texans names or 2 ... or even a few Rockets names in a few weeks, then it'd be believable

The Astros need to go back to basics. This is a ball and you hit it with the stick.

    Agreed

As bad as tonight looks a win tomorrow and the Stros are where they need to be.

I said from the beginning of the playoffs they would go as far as their pitching takes them.

Looking forward to Greinke giving them 3, Javier giving them 3 and Graveman/Pressly finishing the game.

Texans and Rockets know they will suck.

Astros were supposed to be different. Scared pitchers. Throw ****ing strikes. I would rather give up solo homers...than walks that lead to Grand Slams.

BTW if Altuve fields that ball cleanly, it stops 5 of those runs.....

this is a ball and this glove makes it easier to catch, altuve.

I love the guy but he better make up for this trash by going 5-5 tomorrow with 3 home runs and the series walk off in game 6. Anything less and he’s out of the circle of trust!

We need some unexpected people to step up, but more than anything, the vets need to do their jobs starting with Altuve, Bregman and now, Greinke.
