I think I’m bringing Framber back on short rest tomorrow. We need someone who is capable of getting a lot of weak contact and a high percentage of ground balls to mess up their rhythm. They are just launching everything.
The worst part is we haven’t been in either of the last two games beyond the first inning. It’s been 16 innings of sunk baseball. Hell, even the Boston fans I’m sure expected more competitiveness.

I just don’t know why Dusty would not try to get more length out of Urquidy. The damage was already done at that point. So now what? They score an additional 6 runs AND bullpen had to work 7+ innings? And I’m beyond ready to see Castro get a start. Folks keep talking about how Maldonado has handled the pitchers…We’ve given up 12 runs twice and 9. At least Castro can get on base.
The stars of our team are just not good hitters in the post season. Highest scoring offense in the regular season means nothing in the post season
