We waived him, but didn't sign him.... according to the NBA transaction site. Apparently Foster was waived without being picked up, too?
"Don't bother signing him... not worth the effort... just waive him."

    (Now watch them update it)

Rumor is he hit on Stone’s wife without realizing she’s his wife

j/k signing a player provides us with his g-league rights in the event we waive him ... so they just do it simultaneously

He wasn't really good at anything, but he was there. So that's something.

Was he a good cheerleader at least? I never paid attention to the bench in these preseason games.

I don't blame you. There wasn't much for the bench to jump up and cheer about.

I hope he keeps working his butt off. Huge fan of the effort he gave to the H. Really played hard.

A couple of years of international ball ala PJ Tucker could do him good.

Agree. He was a different player in the G-League last year. I think he got to the big league and played liked he didn't belong, hence he's gone. Good luck to him.

    Lamb chop(ped), a lamb not yet a G.O.A.T.

    Wham bam.
    Thank you ma'am.
    Not enough girly.
    Too masculine.

On a serious note, good luck on his future endeavors.

I have nothing against him personally, but in all the time he played, I never saw so much as "flashes" of potential to suggest that he's an NBA-ready player. Frankly, he's probably better suited at his skillset level going overseas and trying international ball. An undersized stretch 4 who cannot shoot confidently in the NBA and is too slow/unathletic to hold is own is just not going to survive. The only reason I can think of that he has stayed so long on the team was for tanking purposes. If we're angling for the #1 pick again and are borderline, might be worth bringing him back on board to help the effort. Otherwise, good luck.
