Our starters falling apart has been unfortunate. Yimi and Taylor have gotten some very helpful outs already this series.
Correa being re-signed may come down to if the Astros win the World Series this year or not. If they feel pitching is lackluster then they may let Correa go, but if the Astros can somehow win the whole thing with the pitching they currently have then they'd be a fool to let him leave.
The announcers going with Boston on every close call is really pathetic. If that was an Astro tagged out at 3rd they would have yelled "They got him"
2 ****ing grand slams in back to back innings... just unbelievably bad luck & pitching. I'd feel much better about this series if we still had McCullers but if our offense can get hot we might win 1 on the road.
Could have used that earlier but at least he gets it going. Hopefully he'll turn on later in the series. Gurriel is not much of a HR slugger in the regular season but he always seems to turn his power up in the playoffs.
Outside of the 2 granny's the Astros shut them down to a 5-1 score. If Boston let up at all that was a mistake, because the last thing you want is to get this offense going and feeling they were a different starter away from winning this game
