They have starters. I mean, are you really going to replace a 3.30 ERA 24-yr Luis Garcia in the rotation next year? Are they going to replace LMJ? Framber? Urquidy? Javier has shown a lot of potential as a starter. It's a dirt cheap young rotation that simply needs to get experience. The problem is a lack of experience and injuries. This is probably the most innings several of them have pitched. But playing them is how they get experience, so hopefully they get better in the postseason over time, but they've shown they have a ton of talent.
