Of all the things I don't like about Silas, him not playing Brooks is the worst. The guy has the most range on all the roster and it's not like the other guys have been locking down people. He makes the game more entertaining and actually makes us more competitive. What am I missing here?
I don't get why coaches don't see talent. Is it that in practice he isn't a dominate 1on1 or a 3on3 player so the coach is too stupid to see that in a real game setting he is great? I mean according to sources House was one of our best 1on1 players but he is always a disappointment in games. It baffles me that he doesn't have a 3 year deal. Sign him to a 3 year deal already.
what is with the free form sniping of Silas on this site? Silas walked onto a putative championship contender; then walked into a sudden restart with teenagers.
What he walked into and what he currently has isn't the problem. The problem is that so far he really hasn't been terribly good.
excellent low risk move going forward. He will continue to work on his game as well.......... and his defense isn't nearly as bad as the Mumbler Silas thinks.
I have refused to grade him on the past season. What happens going forward is where my attention on SS is focused.
I refuse to be his guinea pig, give us the known good coach and trade silas to sacto, if it happens hes a goat coach it happens...
can you list these "known good coaches" who are available, tilman can afford, and willing to coach these rookies???
Kenny Atkinson? He at least HAS a definable system and has proven to develop young players while still being competitive.
That’s fair. I will just say that last year he did not overly impress me. I don’t see a coherent philosophy or system.. he seems to lack some leadership qualities… his rotations were mediocre and his opinions on some players were odd.
