Yeah destroy our Draft Picks Collection and have another Russell Westbrook. Ben Simmons is a One Way Player, on offense with Ben will be playing 4 on 5 or 3 on 5. That is a Huge disadvantage for your offense. Ben Simmons wants his own team and players around him that shoot. Which is not the Rockets. No depth when you trade away half of your roster for a terrible player in Ben Simmons.

This is more a question for bimathug. I may get confused between NFL and NBA but I believe the agent gets a standard 3% of the contract and usually 25% of endorsements. I may be way off. My assumption is that the agent would be protected from a player's fines as the player assumes responsibility for performance of a contract. Just like Nerlens Noel is trying to suing Rich Paul for lack of performance.
