Here is mine...Try not to laugh too much...Last night, I dreamed that I was on the computer box, as I am now and Dr of Dunk (not Clutch, for some reason) posted a sticky alert, that listed a need for moderators in 16 different cities such as: Los Angelos, Dallas, San Antonio, Boston, Memphis, Nashville, and Houston, but only at night (lol) as I recall from my dream...Anyways, since I will be leaving for Nashville on the 10th, I signed up for the Nashville slot...and I was confirmed via e-mail my status...My question to you is do you ever dream stupid, unbelievable dreams (which you truly believe, while dreaming)...and have you dreamed about being on the Clutch BBS?...pretty funny, and sad
I dreamt ROXRAN opened a lame-ass thread, and I posted somethign really stupid about him before checking it was him that created the thread. D'oh! J/k.. Dont' think I ever had a dream about the BBS. Am I deprived? lol
If I remember correctly I had a dream about making a ClutchBBS movie, with Eddiewassnubbed as our hero. and...if I remember correctly, I was flamed vehemently for it.
When a Civil War Erupts over Steve Francis, I'm on the Union Side, and I'll hold my line with the 56th regiment of Texas.
Last night I dreamed that I was reading a book about dream interpretations, no joke. What the hell does that mean?
I thought the 16 cities were from each NBA city, but I don't recall that being 100%...It was a short, peculiar dream.
It means that your subconscious has NO FREAKING CLUE what's going on in your mind when you sleep, and it wants to know how to get some insight on you.
I dreamed I went to Legends. But I didn't bring you guys. I did read the bbs in my dream before I left though, if it's any consolation.
I've dreamed about the Rockets (I was courtside during the championship game and the players were joking with me and we were winning, of course... and Rudy was the coach), but I've never dreamed about the BBS. Kinda surprising when I notice how many zillions of posts I've managed to make.
ROXRAN, Grew up in Nashville before moving to Dallas in '91. What are you up to? Let me know if I can help. D R
Thanks!,...I (We) just got a house and it's ready for move-in on July 1st...My first 2 weeks will be in a bland apartment, but the actual neighborhood will be in the adjacent town of Smyrna...(We actually got a new all-brick house - this is rare nowadays). I also feel they have better schools there...My oldest will start Kindergarten this fall...
Cool!...Perhaps, we can shoot some jumpers for it on some court... You have to tell me if there is a Rocket satellite package that I should get...also if it includes the Texans...That is my greatest fear!
I had a dream that my frig was full of Ozarka bottles, so when I woke up I went downstairs dehydrated with a hangover, opened the frig and realized it was all a dream. Every bottle. It was agony. I went and bought a pack of orange Propel waters so that'll never happen again... this week. I wonder if the world ends, if people will still be on here posting till the last minute. CLUTCH BBS --------------------------------------------------------------- STICKY: the era of the rhinocerous men is upon us!! ---------------------------------------------------------------- bless us oh king rhinotaur. your mighty horn leadeth us greatly and we submit to your vivacious stomping. go rockets! trade steve! waffle bojangles
Just had a BBS dream last night. In my dream, I checked the GARM forum and, underneath the McGrady sticky, saw a thread with tons of replies titled "Bad news for Yao fans". The thread was started by "ron217", who said that he could confirm that that the Rockets and Magic were in serious trade talks, but that the teams were centering things around McGrady for Yao. According to "ron217", several people in the Rockets organization, including himself, were exceptionally miffed about this. The first thing that went through my head in my dream, of course, was "What does the '217' stand for?" I believe I came up with either 21/7 = 3 or 21/3 = 7. The first reply was something like "I don't believe you." The second reply was "This sucks." The third, fourth, fifth, etc. replies were variations on those themes. Before I got to the bottom of the page, though, I woke up. So, ROXRAN, I guess the answer to your question is "yes." --yet another Nashville poster (about 50 blocks west of Rocket Fan, I'm guessing)
roxran.. Don't know about satelite packages.. I live on campus so for some reason houston sports packages aren't included.. we do have the texas governors son going there though so maybe he can work on that It kills me missing rockets and texans.. was able to make it to the texans game up there the last two years at least.. as for jump shots.. it's been so long since I shot a basketball I'm sure you wouldn't have too much trouble beating me.. eh I just thought about the fact that I go back to nashville in late august.. . this is a year I cant' miss the astros stretch run!
