I was always under the impression that the military were against evacuation, Biden insisted they must leave and ordered a total evacuation plan, and the military provided that plan. So, yes, the logistical details of the evacuation plan had their blessing in that they were involved in putting it together, but the overall strategy of the evacuation was not something there was agreement on. Did Biden say something different? I must have missed it.
What do you expect from him? His family isn’t the one getting blown up in their car. But I doubt he has to he physique or endurance to provide humanitarian aid like the targeted family if someone is winning…they don’t keep saying they’ve won. If someone is in power , they don’t keep reminding others that they are. If a plan was actually a success, you wouldn’t have to try this hard posting about it on a daily basis

Biden also lied about not leaving 1000s behind. He also lied about Al Qaeda not being a threat. Maybe he is being more honest behind closed doors, but he has being very dishonest to the American people regarding Afghanistan.
It's true. The focus shouldn't be on these hearings right now. The focus should be on rescuing folks. It seems they just loaded up a bunch of randoms, flew them away and took credit for huge numbers.
