Morey would've never done this let alone hold a media day with a player (that's not in the future plans). Nonetheless, I think this is Stone's way of changing the "a player is an asset culture" here (which may even attract stars in the future) if we start showing any promise.
I would see this scenario ending like this... Wall: I will not play until I'm traded. Stone: We are okay with you not playing. Wall faints.
at least we don't have drama this year - I do appreciate Stone's approach's with Wall there b/c it could be worse.....
Doc Rivers and Morey is not the best combo. One is a numbers guy and the other, well....he has issues.
Philly is fcked…Ben isn’t coming, and if he does eventually show up, it will be a sh*tshow every home game with him getting booed mercilessly Philly fans are ruthless and don’t play stop acting like u have Embiid on the trade block asking for good young players and multiple picks…those are the type of proposals that deserve a swift backhand to the face
I think that's part of the reason Stone showed up together with him. They're kind of saying "we're cool waiting... no friction here..." lol.
Did you see the 76ers media day? The Morey culture kicked in full throttle. Everyone talking **** about each other
Morey in his head thinking how appealing a Simmons + a suddenly-available Rivers package would be to every other team.
