Same old Texans, what a joke of an organization. Bunch of clowns in charge of that place (Caserio TBD).
Rookie QB with only 3 days to prep and some of yall wanted the Aaron Rodgers playbook. I do think after Mills seemed to get his mojo going at the end of the 1st half, Culley should have opened things up a bit more. With the longer time off until the next game and more practice reps, I would expect them to unleash Mills much more next game. But that also means Mills will likely make more rookie mistakes and take more hits, that's just the name of the game.
Mills looked good playing up-tempo, moving the pocket and getting the ball out fast. He should play like that against the bills. The running game sucked
Lot of bettors tuning in on that easy money. Congrats to that guy who won $200,000 someone posted earlier in the thread. Bills are currently 16.5 point favorites at -1370 lmao.
I see Bills winning by at least 3 TDs. Josh Allen is going to torch this D - I enjoy the blue blood optimism around here, but this one wont be close especially with the pathetic Houston offense. Clean up if you're a betting man! Might have to re-activate my Bovada account for this year.
16 is a big number. Somebody could always get hurt. The Texans won’t win and they probably lose by more then 2 touchdowns but I wouldn’t bite on that.
16.5? That’s unbelievable, but I just checked and sure enough it’s right. If it hits 17 I’m all over it...
If Davis Mills puts up better numbers than Trevor Lawrence - would we be happy lol? Seriously Mills showed me a lot of composure despite the heat coming at him - great arm , his footwork and tempo seemed to be coming along - like someone else said- I forgot who- I’m not caring so much about the win , I want to see Mills allowed to go full play mode with a balance of pass …If he does better than 225 yards, 2 TDs and 2 INT then he is playing better than what the top pick, Trevor Lawrence is showing thus far but we want more and I think Mills can do that with the long week to prep
