WHO approved regeneron... now people saying people were crazy for using something other than a vaccine can kick rocks. History will look back fondly on Florida's leadership and badly on the feds who are punishing them by denying them treatments.
Who questions if regeneron can help treat someone with covid? Doctors have been prescribing it for Covid for a while now. That’s different than pointing out that a governor is being a political hack for pushing a more expensive treatment with more dangerous side effects… that you have to wait until AFTER being exposed and potentially spreading a virus to even get. When I had my scare a few weeks ago, my oncologist was on the line at midnight ready to help me get Regeneron if I ended up testing positive. Luckily I was fine. Thank you vaccine!

So, DeSantis announced that his wife has breast cancer. That is sad; she's the mother of three, I believe. Given all his COVID statements though, you have to wonder why he is not questioning the medical establishment on that diagnosis. And I have to wonder if they will deny treatment, given side effects and prognosis stats a lot, lot worse than any vaccine.
Pointing out that numbers are down nationwide so it's hard to argue that DeSantis' strategy had anything to do with that. Also as others have noted while numbers are declining in the FL the spike that we saw there was much worse than in other states.
Forest fires are actually a pretty good analogy. A forest fire will end when it runs out of fuel just like an epidemic will when it can't infect more people. You can save more trees though by taking steps ahead of time to reduce the severity of the fires.
That has to be true, doesn't it? After all, there is no evidence that he ISN'T the general, therefore that means he is. At least that's his logic about all the alleged vaccine deaths and serious vaccine side effects. The lack of evidence means is true.
